Sometimes we make a mistake. If we shipped you the wrong package, contact us and let us pay for the return (contact information on the left). We'll ship the correct item immediately.

Making a return...

Please follow these instructions for a smooth refund.

Please return your product in its original packing. Not necessarily the shipping envelope or box we sent, but the container or wrapper it was boxed/wrapped in.

Returns must be requested no more than 30 days from purchase date and returned to us no later than 45 days from purchase date.

    Package securely and ship in whatever manner you wish (USPS, UPS, FedEx) using a tracking shipment method, to:

    Important - Include a copy of your packing slip or email sales notice so we may identify your purchase number. We return payment via credit card refund. Every so often we get a return and have no idea who sent it, so please help us identify yourself.
