what cable do i use to go from my PC's parallel port to my usb printer?
i need a cable to go from my dongle or software key and my PC or laptop doesn't have a parallel port. what do i do?Unfortunately, you are out of luck. The software is looking for a LPT (or older style 25 pin female parallel) port and your PC or laptop doesn't have this. A USB to DB25 cable does look like it should fit, but we know it won't work. The cable doesn't create a LPT port the software is looking for. Only advice we can offer is to contact the software distributor. Can I use the USB to parallel cable on my mac?
