We ship worldwide via UPS.

The billing address buyers provide must match the address on file with buyer's credit card company. We will ship to another address (your office or sent as a gift), but Address Verification Systems will check the billing address.

We are also a member of SquareTrade. SquareTrade also offers a $250 protection against fraud and a dispute resolution service.

Refund Policy

All returned items must be returned in their original factory bag, wrapper or blister pack and unopened for a full purchase price refund.

Items must be properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Returned items must be able to be re-sold as new.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

All opened returned items are subject to up to a 50% restocking and handling fee charge. Customers are responsible for the shipping expense of returns to us.
