Q: My new desktop (or laptop) doesn't have a parallel port. I need to go from a parallel port on my PC (or newer laptop) to my existing printer. Where do I find this?

A: Since about 2006 or 2007, desktop and laptop makers no longer include a parallel port with equipment. This can be problematic for those who have an older printer they love or with some software keys/dongles. We now offer a PCI parallel port card for installing in your newer desktop computer. A PCMCIA card that creates a parallel port for laptops, and the desktop PCI card are found on our Accessories page.
